Experienced Family Law Paralegal Job Phoenix AZ

A busy Family Law Office is seeking an experienced full time Paralegal who is available to start right away. Our Paralegals assist the attorneys in all aspects of case management including trial/hearing preparation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This individual must have the ability to prioritize workload, work independently and under tight deadlines. Must be able to work with clients, organize documents and exhibits. Must have the ability to manage time and priorities without direct or constant supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum 3 years of work history as a Family Law Paralegal. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of Rules of Family Law procedure. Must be able to manage cases from start to finish including calendaring all deadlines. Must be able to draft simple and complex pleadings, motions and discovery.

Applicant must be able to prepare documents that have been transcribed by attorneys.

Qualified applicant must possess excellent organizational, written and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, internet research and time management software. You must be able to track your time with our billing program.

Professional Dress and Appearance is required, no visible tattoos. You must be a non-smoker. Seriously, do not apply for this position if you use tobacco at all.
