2021 HONDA XR650L Dual Sport in Excellent Like New Condition!! Some old school guys refer to the dualsport motorcycle as an Enduro. The XR 650L is one of the longest running models in the Honda line of motorcycles, and probably all the different makes too. It has been in production since 1993. It is one of the most desirable models for dual sport adventurers. It’s simple yet effective design is the reason everyone just loves them. These bikes are capable of taking you to places you will never be able to see from your car. I purchased this bike new, last February, from the local Honda Dealer. I’ve only put a little over 1200 miles on it since I purchased it. Current mileage is 1292. It is in Excellent condition and still has the original plastic on it. It was only ridden on gravel forest service roads and some paved roads. For personal reasons we have stopped riding and the bike has just been sitting in the garage. It has always been stored indoors and had all maintenance performed as per maintenance schedule and then some. I have 55+ years of riding experience, so you can do the math to figure out how OLD I am. While it is an exceptionally clean dual sport there are some slight imperfections here and there. The side panels have some rub marks on them from the saddlebags rubbing them, but I have a new set that will go with the bike. Back in the spring I performed an oil change with Honda GN4 oil and Honda oil filter about 700 miles ago. The Bike runs perfect, doesn’t smoke, and has no engine noises. I have a clean and clear title in hand. The bike has several of the most popular modifications made to it. It has a Clarke 4 gallon oversize tank, and a Yoshimura RS2 slip on exhaust system, which is pretty quiet, adds a little to performance, and quite a bit lighter than the stock muffler. It has been jetted to the “Dave’s Mods” specifications. Has a Uni-Filter air filter and I am including the stock air filter with the bike also. It has been desmogged and de-snorkeled. Currently has a 14 tooth Fritzco front sprocket installed and stock size 15 tooth sprocket will be included. It has Pro Taper, Fat Bar, handlebars and handlebar risers. I installed Cycra handguards, with Zeta wind deflectors, and Zeta Triple tree mounts. Double Take Enduro mirrors have been installed and these are the best mirrors for riding dual sport as they are very stable at speed and fold in easily when riding on tight trails. The stock mirrors are included with the sale. A Ricochet skid plate was added to protect the bottom of the Engine and frame. It also has a brake snake cable attached to the rear brake pedal for protection and IMS wider footpegs. The rear tail light assembly was changed out for something with a lower profile and the original assembly does come with the bike. I installed Tusk rear rack and sub-frame supports and it works great. I installed a seat concepts Comfort seat assembly and the stock seat is included with the bike. I have several keys that will go with the bike too. I have also installed a battery tender pigtail to the battery, a battery powered accessory USB charger to the handlebars, and a switched SAE cable to the meter area of the bike. The RAM mount telephone holder goes with the bike too. The bike also has a Garmin 396LMTS motorcycle specific GPS unit that is included and is hardwired to a switched circuit. The headlight bulb was changed out for an LED unit and so was the taillight bulb. I am also including a complete set of Tusk Highland rackless soft luggage with dry bags that is easily removed with 5 straps. It holds about 80 liters of luggage total. The luggage set cost was right at $500 and it works great. It’s perfect for weekend or week long adventures. As I mentioned several times throughout the description all of the stock parts come with the bike and a few other spare parts. The stock tank and shrouds, stock handguards, original handlebars, seat, tail light, head light bulb, chain guard, and the frame guard all come with the bike. There is a set of spare levers and a spare oil filter as well. Probably some other small stuff I’m not thinking of too. I will also include a new set of tires (MT21 Front & D606 Rear) with the sale. I’m asking for $7200.00 but will entertain a reasonable offer. This includes over $2000 worth of upgrades and includes the original stock equipment too. I won’t respond to foolish low ball offers.
