REDUCED First $199 Cash takes it! NO you can’t hop on it and drive it home. No title, but can be started if you spray starting fluid into carburetor. I will not be messing with starting it in the cold but if you want to try you can gently try to kick it over but if you break the kick starter trying to start it then you just bought it! I bought as a project (never got to it) and sold as such as is. If you are serious about it and have $199 cash email me to set up a time to look at it. I don’t know what it will take to get a key , or get a title so please don’t ask. No tirelickers as I am very busy. Located on west side of Des Moines.
