I build multi-million dollar homes and I have 283 square feet of very high end wood wall treatment that was installed incorrectly. It was pin nailed and glued. I personally removed all the pieces to be sure they were not damaged. The only thing is that the glue is still on the back side which will not be seen or affect reinstallation at all. Nobody will ever know it is not brand new. All nails have been removed. This is a great deal for this material. It retails for $35 per square foot which would cost $9905.00. Builder cost is $29.95 per square foot which would cost $8475.85 to purchase new. This was a $30,000 upgrade to the home owner. If I could use it on my home I would but unfortunately I don't need it.
