We are looking for a driven, passionate Recruiter/Account Executive to be a part of our dynamic sales and recruiting team. We are ideally seeking candidates with previous recruiting or client-facing experience and/or a background in apparel, accessories, jewelry, beauty, PR, etc . What you will be doing: Building a portfolio of new clients with leading companies in fashion, beauty, home, sports, ecommerce and more. This will be done through high-touch networking, lead generation, cold calling, and events. Negotiating fee agreements and contract terms Identifying and sourcing a network of talent at all levels in this unique industry with the use of candidate search engines, social media tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), job postings, and referrals. Assessing candidate skill level and portfolio quality to appropriately match for direct-hire job placement. Counseling and coaching candidates on proper interview etiquette, attire, and career goals. Guiding the client and candidate through the interview process; managing expectations, providing feedback, etc. Presenting and closing offers Conducting reference checks and assist with facilitating the on-boarding process Building relationships with the leading brands and companies by consistently presenting top talent and by offering unparalleled account management.
