About Digital Faces: We are a start-up agency that focuses on service-based businesses and we are now starting to market for Spanish based businesses. We create and promote content on most social media platforms focusing on Instagram and Facebook. We believe that once we take what makes that business unique onto a digital platform, that's when the magic happens! The Role and Purpose: The account manager is the center and hinge to the Digital Faces team. This person will be vital to the flow of the internal logistics and the point of contact to the client. They will build the client relationship and be responsible for making sure the marketing plan gets executed. Also is the team concierge. The goal is to trasition this person to full time within 6 months. Job Responsibilities -Process new clients -Client communications -Answer the mainline -Email team member responsible -Answer and respond to client emails -Monthly report -Gather highlights -Social media responses -Create weekly updates for the team -Draft an initial report with all the client requests -Minor Video editing -Manage all project due dates and remind all team members -Create the content calendars More about Digital Faces: Digital Faces is an online marketing/branding company that grabs what the clients u-nique value proposition and turns it into their online brand.
