Account Manager Phoenix AZ

Job Summary: We are a local produce manufacturing and distribution company with a strong growth initiative seeking out of the box thinkers to join our Team. Responsible for proactively managing accounts and margins based on assigned portfolios and operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Essential Functions : • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Take on the challenge of negotiating pricing and contracts to maximize profits. • Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement with current customers. • Forecast and track sales for new and existing customers. • Prepare sales reports on customer status. • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow current and new opportunities. • Collaborate with purchasing team and provide data for volume commitments. • Work with production and transportation teams to facilitate customer needs. Qualifications: • 3 + years of experience • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficient in MS Office,Word, and Excel • BA/BS Degree in Business or relevant field • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus • General understanding of manufacturing processes, practices and cost accounting Competitive compensation package with medical benefits!
