The Social Media Account Coordinator will support a wide variety of hospitality & travel industry clients through the development and execution of social media marketing strategies. The successful candidate will support the team in many different areas including: • Sharing genuine passion and enthusiasm for social media • Working in a supporting role on client accounts • Learning and developing best practices with supervisor and team support • Publishing content to social media channels • Developing content calendars for supervisor approval • Actively participating in community management/social listening work on client accounts • Assisting in development of campaign ideas and execution • Tracking client metrics and reports learnings to team • Participating in photo shoots • Creating targeted social influencer/brand lists for partnerships, events, giveaways, etc. • Aggregating relevant UGC and brand-featuring/complementing social content for use in ongoing client social management and publication We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate who is eager to learn, works well on a team while also being capable of working independently. This position requires a strong mixture of technical savvy, creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. The successful candidate will have: • A healthy obsession with social media • An overall passion for the hospitality industries - restaurants, travel/hotels, wine & spirits • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • An understanding of core marketing and branding concepts • A photographic eye, both in capturing and identifying great content • Proficiency in Keynote, Google Drive, Facebook Analytics Due to the large response we typically receive to this posting we will only be responding to those candidates we are moving to the next round.
