We are looking for an experience Credit and Collection Specialist with exceptional customer service skills. Factor knowledge a plus. Credit and Collections Responsibilities: • Evaluate customer creditworthiness • Review orders for credit approvals. • Collection calls and send collection letters • Identify and resolve account discrepancies • Answering customer service calls • Processing credit and return requests • Monitor account balances and credit limits • Assist with order entry and special tasks or projects as needed • Check orders daily for credit approvals • Process proformas for credit card payments Requirements • 3-5 years Credit & Collections experience. • Knowledge of Billing, Collections procedures and A/R • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
