Position responsibilities may include but not be limited to the following: -Data Entry (customer/vendor billing information, payment terms) - Obtain invoices and being processing segment - Accounts Receivables collection, follow up with due, past due invoices and log notes. - Scan documents into our system - Create purchase order folders - Answer phone calls and questions pertaining to payment status inquiries from independent contractors and vendors. -Courtesy call to notify customers when their payment has been released -2+ Years of experience request -Looking for a candidate willing to grow with the company - Ideal candidate will be offered full time pay - MUST be extremely detail oriented - MS Paint/Photoshop experience is a PLUS - Works well under pressure - Understands time sensitive tasks and can organize their schedule to their maximum potential. Position seeks a candidate that is self sustaining, motivated, extremely organized, team player characteristics. Position will start off part time with the option to be full time depending on the individual performance Proper candidate will have a reliable form of transportation, exceptional attendance is required. Position will begin at 20-30 hrs/week.
