A well-established distributor is seeking a motivated Accounting Associate with accounting work experience and a strong work ethic. This is a full time position, non-exempt with company provided health benefits. Will train right candidate. Duties include the following: * Handle A/P, A/R and G/L. * Complete bank reconciliations. * Assist in annual financial and physical inventory audits. * Cross train within the department. This includes collection calls and credit. * Handle various office duties. * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Skills: * Must have completed minimum of college level intermediate accounting classes. * Must have a high level of data entry accuracy. * Must be detailed oriented and be a problem solver. * Must have Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel).
