Bookkeeper / Account Manager / Business Manager Phoenix AZ

Top Entertainment business management accounting firm located in Los Angeles, 90067 We are seeking an experienced Account Manger to oversee the day to day business, personal and financial affairs of assigned clients and entities with datafaction imaging. We are also in need of a Business Manager, handling financial statements and working with team of Account Managers to assist with any day to day issues. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Daily client activity, including requests and follow up on all outstanding matters. Review work of bookkeepers - A/P, A/R, cash receipts and journal entry coding, general ledger, payroll and financial statements. Monitor credit card activity. Monitor insurance renewals and claims. Assist with home and vehicle purchases. We require someone with the following qualifications and skills: Several years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for high net worth clients in the entertainment industry. Datafaction imaging software required. Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone and also written communication for emails. Sense of urgency and ability to follow through. Commitment to professionalism and accuracy. Lives within commutable distance to Los Angeles, 90067 Longevity on employment history. Datafaction imaging software and Microsoft Word.
