We are a growing, full-service boutique accounting firm specializing in forensic accounting and litigation support, as well as taxation and business management services. You will be joining our firm as a full-time professional support staff. This position has room for growth. Your job responsibilities will include: · Curating documents in LaserFiche, our digital document management system. You will identify, organize, and analyze documents; · Interacting with clients to coordinate document delivery and to follow up on documents not received; · Reviewing documents received to ensure completeness; · Assisting with case administration; · Other administrative tasks, as necessary; · Business management/bookkeeping; o Writing checks and making deposits of client funds o Preparation of monthly account reconciliations o Compilation of data for business tax filings and preparation of those files Skills required: This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. You must be extremely detail oriented, and willing to ask questions and learn. Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
