Bayfront Youth and Family Services is a non-profit organization and we are now hiring for a part-time Biller. The Biller will be responsible to manage Wrap Tracking System (WTS) billing process through our Electronic Health Record System (Welligent). Process includes but is not limited to client verification, financial screening, monthly census control, creating invoices, uploading support documentation and entering information from billing sheets into WTS. Ensues that both billing and initial contact with the agency in person or by phone are efficiently handled. Prefer advanced knowledge of Excel reports and knowledgeable of MS Access as a test will be conducted. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!
