We are looking for experienced Accounting Specialists to help our clients in Pasadena, Downtown LA, and the West LA area (including Brentwood down through El Segundo) with month and year end closings. Responsibilities: • Update General Ledger & Journal Entries • Responsible for AP/AR • Month/Yearly end closings • Assist with audits and discrepancies • Communicates with clients, vendors, and suppliers Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field • 2-5 years' experience with handling AP/AR • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP's & Pivot Tables • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
