We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with experience in Real Estate, Hospitality/hotel projects, Construction and Finance. The job is PART TIME (12-15 hours per week, room to expand hours if needed). Must thoroughly know QuickBooks. Job requirements: Preparing Bank Deposits, Detailed monthly invoicing, Processing Accounts Payable/ Receivable, Reviewing and preparing financial statements with Owners. 3-5 years full charge bookkeeping experience. Must have knowledge of construction draws and escrow entering. Education requirements: Finance, Hospitality, Accounting or Business Administration. Small, friendly hardworking office environment.
