Job Description Vice President of Franchise Operations Vice President of Franchise Operations will report to the CEO and will be a critical member of the executive team and development of franchise. Responsibilities Must have Franchise Experience Maintain budget controls on all operations and activities. Ability to analyze large amounts of information and extrapolate the business and financial significance of the information. Coordinate with lawyers, accountants, architectural firm and working side relators. Monitor operations of possible franchised locations and scouting Experience bookkeeping, revenue and constant contact with volunteer/ franchisees. Ability to lay out detailed business plan including numbers ext. Understanding regulations (state regulation) ext. Create a long term vision and strategy for franchise. Supervise entire operations including hands on work. Desirable Requirements Must love dogs and animals. Must have at least 3 year's experience in franchise industry as well as a business background. Experience in Nonprofit. Ability to build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams. Brand ambassador. Social Media savvy. Must have references. Location Position is based in Los Angeles, CA. Must be local and familiar with Los Angeles area.
