Leading Freight Forwarding and Transportation company seeking talented Billing Specialist to join the accounting team! Job Description and Responsibilities: This position will be involved in all aspects of the accounting department, primarily in invoice recapping and billing. Daily invoicing to customers Collect all information to calculate invoices correctly, customer specific requirements and charges Call agents and linehaul carriers for charges Accurately calculate driver cartage expenses for billing Check data input for data entry errors and correct Daily expense and charge audit for specific customers Sort, file and pull paperwork Answer accounting calls Address inter-department and customer billing issues Report data entry and billing inaccuracies to upper management Billing of Screening Any duties or projects deemed necessary by the Accounting Supervisor Qualifications: Must be familiar with administrative duties Must have superior problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in a face-paced environment Knowledge of MS Office Great organization skills, with the ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Accurate and fast 10-key abilities Excellent customer service skills
