Responsibilities may vary from below: ⢠File and Maintain files and records in a professional and organized manner. ⢠Perform bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, etc. ⢠Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail ⢠Prepare business related letters and emails to customers, and help with advertising as needed ⢠Assist accounting department in receivables, and General Account abilities Enter deposits ⢠Control and inventory stocks of office conference room/kitchen supplies ⢠Perform other office duties as assigned .
