You will undertake a variety of activities in the office support smooth office operations. You must be reliable, hardworking and have the appropriate skill sets as noted in the requirements. Responsibilities may vary from below: • File and Maintain files and records in a professional and organized manner. • Perform bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, etc. • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail • Prepare business related letters and emails to customers, and help with advertising as needed • Assist accounting department in receivables, and General Account abilities Enter deposits • Control and inventory stocks of office conference room/kitchen supplies • Perform other office duties as assigned .
