AQP Property Management is a fast growing Real Estate Investment & Property Management company looking for a Staff Accountant who is highly motivated and enthusiastic. This is a great position for someone with a strong accounting background that wants to get involved in real estate investing and property management. While no real estate experience is required, we are looking for someone that is highly organized, detail oriented and tech savvy. Responsibilities Accounts payable / Accounts receivable Prepare financial reports for management and investors Bank reconciliations Follow up on rent delinquencies Execute accounting controls Prepare budgets and variance reports Qualifications Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal and written) High School Diploma or above Extremely organized and detail oriented Highly tech savvy, internet & smartphone power user Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
