About the business: Olli Ella is a global homewares brand with offices in London, Byron Bay, and now Los Angeles. Position Summary: Part-time bookkeeper and admin assistant required for approximately 10-20 hours per week. Responsibilities: - Monthly or Weekly Cash flow forecast and management accounts - Reconciling monthly bank statements - Data entry and analysis - Work with Manager on outstanding debts and credit control - Assisting with Tax preparations - Up to date Bookkeeping on Xero (Sales and Purchases) Requirements - Full working knowledge of Xero - Proven bookkeeping experience (Min 2 years required) - Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers Location: Burbank, CA Language: Fluent English (Required) PLEASE INCLUDE COVER LETTER Job Type: Part-time Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
