Job Description: An Advertising, Print and Distribution company in North West Long Beach area is seeking an Full Charge Bookkeeper with Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger experience. The successful candidate should have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and poses experience with ALL aspects of GAAP. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years' experience in accounting and payroll, with a very strong attention to detail. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook are essential. Experience with Sage100 / MAS90 preferred. Duties include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, Billing, Credit Card Reconciliation, Project/ Job Costing, Etc.
