COLLECTIONS & BILLING Our accounting department is adding a Collections & Compliance department to our team. We are starting with 1 person. You must have 2 years of solid trackable experience in Collections & Billing. You must have Knowledge and experience with the Collections industry & its TACTICS!! You'll be working hand in hand with our Accounting department to maintain accounts active and up to date with payments. Spanish is a plus. You must know how to speak to people on the phone. This is job where you will be on the phone 100% of the time. You must have great communications skills. You must dress and act like a professional. We need someone Full time. You must be able to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. If you have Real estate experience it's a plus. We are in Real-estate Industry. Must know how to use computers: Excel, Word, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communications. Detail oriented. Not a must but it would be great to have General Ledger and Financial Statement Review & Analysis Experience. Monitor customers' accounts for nonpayment, Late Payments and any irregularities. Monitor our billing system. Data Entry.
