We are looking for a Staff Accountant to add to our growing Accounting department. Please read the following and apply if you meet the requirements. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable Matching invoices to purchase orders Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries to record transactions Preparing monthly accrual journal entries Monthly account reconciliations of sub-ledger data from non-integrated systems to the GL Responsible for preparing inter-company invoices for month end close Come join a fun and growing company!! Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of Accounting experience Degree in Accounting/ Finance or in progress is ok! Ability to handle high volume Excellent communication skills Strong excel knowledge( vlookups/pivots ideal as this will be used on a daily basis) Experience with a notable software( QB, Great Plains, Oracle etc.) We are looking for a go getter who wants to climb the ladder!
