Bookkeeper, Full charge. We are also seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper offering a salary up to $70k commensurate with experience. QuickBooks and Mac software required. Working for a great Architectural firm! Preparing Bank Deposits. Detailed monthly invoicing. Processing Accounts Payable Coding and recording credit cards Working with budgets. Monthly billing. Assisting in payroll processing. Reviewing financial statements with Owners. 5 years bookkeeping experience. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Spreadsheet skills. Great communication skills both verbal and written. We are also looking for an Account Manager/Bookkeeper is also required, must be experience with datafaction imaging and several years experience as an Account Manager in a business management accounting firm. Salary is commensurate with experience up to $95k plus range and benefits! We have similar opportunities for our office located in the San Fernando Valley!
