BOOKKEEPER FOR A PRIVATE RESIDENCE Phoenix AZ

Hello We are looking for a freelancing bookkeeper that is very experienced in QuickBooks, this is a part time position where you will work primarily from your home office and report back to a private residence located in Manhattan Beach. (Approx. 12-15 Hours a Week) Bookkeeper Requirements • 3-5+ years' experience as a full charge Bookkeeper working preferably in a Bookkeeping/CPA firm, please describe in detail. • Extensive knowledge of accounting software, proficient in QuickBooks, spreadsheets and word processing software. Also if applicable please explain how well versed you are and experienced with POS and other software packages. • Must be an organized, responsible, self-starter with excellent follow up, keeping the accounting calendar updated at all times. • AA or higher degree in Accounting/Finance. • Must be able to manage multiple bank accounts and credit cards with impeccable follow through. • A team player willing to work in a private home setting as well as remotely. • Must be able to communicate with vendors and/or their CPA regarding their monthly, quarterly, annual reports. • Flexible with working hours to handle high volumes and peaks. • Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information is required. • Must have professional attitude, integrity and appearance. • Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines. You will be tested on your bookkeeping knowledge. Official hire will be based on a background check.
