We are looking for a Full-charge/Senior bookkeeper for a full time position. Job Duties: · Ensure accurate, timely and complete accounting entries are made on an on-going basis into the accounting and ERP system · Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management including financial statements · Ensure timely reconciliation of general ledger accounts including bank accounts/statements ·Assisting in the closing of accounts monthly, quarterly and at the year end ·Manage accounts payable and receivables ·Process payroll ·Manage cash flow ·Monitor and manage all business expenses, customer invoicing and sales orders ·Organize existing accounts ·Manage multiple accounts ·File and maintain all required forms to operate business, and ensure compliance with any local, state and federal agencies, banks and insurance companies ·Perform other tasks as required to support office team. ·Manage office tasks ensuring smooth everyday running and managing supplies. Position Qualifications: ·Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ·Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines ·Obsessively organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task ·Be an excellent communicator both written and oral ·Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experience: ·Minimum of 3 years accounting and book keeping experience
