Westwood Business Management firm looking to hire a part-time administrative assistant. Position is available immediately and is an opportunity for someone interested in general administration and accounting in a professional services industry. Must have some related experience. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Review and process vendor invoices - Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner - Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines - Very good knowledge of accounting software, Outlook, Word, and Excel required - High volume document scanning - Assisting the office with various tasks including ordering supplies and answering phones as needed.
