We are a professional firm and we are looking for a team player to work with us in business management handling high net worth clients in the entertainment industry. ***CANDIDATES WITH PRIOR BUSINESS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SIGNING BONUS*** This is a long-term career opportunity. We are looking for an employee seeking a full-time position with a forwarding thinking, fast paced, growing firm handling clients that include high net worth individuals. Ability to work in our fast paced environment and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills so as to communicate effectively with our clients and representatives is a must. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy, ability to multi-task and be able to work and handle a busy work load is key. High proficiency of computer literacy required. The position requires public accounting experience or minimum 2 years business management firm experience including A/R, A/P, bank recs, processing payroll, journal entry posting, and the ability to problem solve. You must know the difference between debits and credits and understand the process of accounting. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy required.
