TY The Good: Great small gas-saving truck for a run-about town or a dependable daily driver. Great candidate for a restoration project! Starts and Runs Great. Original Iron Duke Engine with low miles for its age, (143,000). Easy to work on the engine without all the added emissions and computer garbage on newer cars/trucks. The Camper Top is in great condition with 2-sets of keys to keep it locked and store your valuables. The truck bed is carpeted and ready for camping. Dependable and economical runabout with a fuel-saver 4-cylinder engine. These square-box trucks are in high demand for restoration and they will retain their value over time. New Wrangler Tires are ready for winter with locking lug nuts and the lug nut key. Good bench seat in front with no tears. Good Interstate Battery. Should pass emissions with no issues. The frame is in good shape, with no cracks and no rust. The truck bed is rust-free, the same as the rest of the body except for some surface rust. Manual 5-speed transmission. Rear 2-wheel drive. Dash is in good shape. New light switch, dimmer switch, and new rear light sockets. No problems with turn signals, brake, or running lights. New fuel relay. New door handles. The truck bed is all carpeted and ready for camping. Built-in cargo storage on sides. The brakes were replaced about 5000 miles ago. The clutch. engine and transmission are all good. Has a 6-foot long truck bed by 50" wide, and the wheelbase is 105" These iron duke engines have been known to last over half a million miles if properly maintained. I've never had any issues mechanically with the truck. I've owned it for about 5 years and put about 20K miles on it. 2-Sets of keys for both the ignition and the doors and the camper top. Clean title, no issues. The Bad: A lot of rust along the rocker panels and driver's floorboard, and surface rust on the body and top with peeling paint. The major body parts like the fenders, hood, doors, and truck bed do NOT have cancerous rust holes, mostly peeling paint and surface rust. Cracked windshield. The interior roof panel is missing. No Power Steering, but still easily turns for being a small vehicle. No air conditioning, however, crank-style windows work great. The emergency brake cable is not working and will not engage the e-brake, therefore if you need to run the engine in neutral you must chalk wheels, otherwise always park the truck in gear.
