Very nice deck from Yamaha,Plays well and has some great features like adjustable bias and play trim,which allows you to tune the playback equalization.Also Dolby B/C noise reduction. The face is free of scratches but there are some on the top edge and some scuffs on the right side.I call them scuffs because the paint isn't removed down to the metal. Yamaha KX-393 is a stereo cassette deck with Dolby B/C and HX-Pro noise reduction, it was first sold by Yamaha in 1998 with a recommended retail price of USD $230 and discontinued 8 years later in 2006. No haggling at pick up.
