1982 Suzuki Katana Dragbike gs1100e gs1100es gs1000sd gs1100sz Phoenix AZ

Suzuki GS vintage drag bike with Custom FRP 1982 Katana one piece body. Katana fairing by Beasley. No windshield or mounts but they are easily found. Also included is a new, never used Custom FRP Katana tank shell. Custom FRP went out of business several decades ago and sold all their molds to Beasley. The one piece Katana body was not popular and stopped being produced so you will never see another one of these. I have never seen even one. The bike has a nice, straight, double club foot swing arm, wheelie bars (pictured in the rafters), aluminum fuel cell on the backbone (frame has not been cut) with Pingle Guzzler fuel valve. MSD ignition, Dyna coils, and MRE air shifter included but not installed. The Akront rims are both mounted on OE Suzuki hubs and are in good shape but the tires are dry rotted. If you want to take the clubfoot off and put the GS swingarm back on the shock mounts are uncut. I put it back together years ago with a stock 1982 gs1100e motor and put a set of Mikuni RS38 flat slides, Pingel guzzler, and individual APE oval air filters and new chain. The SV gauge cluster is not wired in. The bike runs rides shifts and stops fine. The price is 2800 firm. The carbs are 1000 by themselves so please don't haggle unless you don't want the carbs in which case I'll sell it for 2300. Trades considered for other bike, cars, trucks, or projects...LMK... but cash is preferred. I have a video of startup. If you want to see it let me know and I can send it separately. I also have a few other projects if your are into Kawasakis. A very nice turbo car tire chassis and rim with Ninja body, and wheelie bars. I also have a J model frame that has been back halfed, a KZ1000 motor last year with the kick start, and a 1982 GPZ1100 motor with injector throttle bodies. A modular Suzuki GS clutch cover still new in the package and a Murray big tube ceramic coated Suzuki GS pipe that looks brand new. See pictures. Let me know what you want. Local pickup only.
