Very Nice 22' CRUISER Pontoon Boat with 2017 90 HP YAMAHA EFI 4-STROKE Phoenix AZ

I have lowered the price by $2000 on this very nice 2000 22' LOWE SUNCRUISER REAR ENTRY Pontoon Boat with a great running 2017 90 HP YAMAHA EFI 4-STROKE Motor with low hours on it that is in Excellent Condition inside and out. This boat with this motor on it really gets up and goes fast enough to pull multiple Tubers of any age, size or weight. It has an extra wide Captain's Chair 2 People can sit on side by side, a very comfortable L-Shaped Sofa in back and two really nice Sofas on each side up front. All of the furniture is in very good condition so the vinyl material is still very soft and supple. The Bimini Top is in very good condition and it comes with made to fit Snap On Mooring Cover that's also in very good condition. It has a Big Open Front Deck kids love for jumping and diving into lakes and a Swim Ladder that's attached onto the back deck so they can swim around and climb back in. My guy installed a New Depth Finder. It has a good Marine Stereo. All of lights on it are in good working order. It has a Pop Up Changing Room (Privacy Enclosure.) The carpet is in fairly good condition, except for a few minor imperfections. The deck is in very solid and in very good condition because it was made with marine grade plywood. Both pontoons are in very good condition. They have never leaked or had any repair work done on them. The railing is also in very good condition. It has a clear MN Boat Title. Please Note: This boat and motor has never been rented out. I took all of these photos on the 1st of Sept. in 2023. It comes with an great running 2017 90 HP YAMAHA EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) 4-STROKE Motor with Power Trim and Tilt with low hours on it that is in Excellent Condition. I was told by my Marine Mechanic that this motor has "less than 200 hours on it." All of the EFI 4-Stroke Motors are widely known to be the best outboard motors ever made. They are much easier and quicker to start, run a lot quieter, smoother and cleaner and get much better gas mileage than the carbureted 2-stroke and 4-stroke motors. The EFI outboard motors do not have chokes (that often flood engines) and they don't have any carburetors, which frequently get fouled up and dirty over the years. Cleaning and rebuilding carburetors have been one of the most common and expensive repair costs for many used outboard motors for many years. This motor was thoroughly checked out, turned up and serviced by a Marine Dealer's Mechanics in August of 2023. They changed the oil filter and motor oil as well as the grease in the lower unit at that time. My own Marine Mechanic then double checked it and ran it right after he installed it on this boat in late August. Then it started right up with one turn of the key and ran exceptionally well all when I took it for a long test run around the big lake I live on. This boat was originally made in 2000; but the motor was manufactured in 2017. You can now buy it now for $16,900 without a trailer or for $20,000 with a Brand New Dual Axle Bunk or Scissors Trailer. I can deliver it if you don't want to buy a trailer. If you buy it now, I will pay my marine mechanic to winterize the motor and shrink wrap it and store it by my shop until spring for free.
