2017 BMW X3 xdrive 28i AWD Phoenix AZ

Wife just bought a new hybrid so we are selling our really nice AWD SUV. Bought it with 38k at Ralph Schomp (it was a well maintained “certified” lease return). It is an absolutely amazing snow/ski car with the studded tires on it and we loved the size of the X3. Beautiful tan leather interior, back up camera, enormous sunroof, heated and power seats, and tons of other features. Never smoked in. This is a VERY fun, fast and safe car. We looked at everything back then, and decided to get a much funner and faster vehicle than your average Subaru for about the same price, even though this one retailed for over 50K! Here are a few details about it: 2.0 L turbo motor with “Eco” and “sport” mode VOXX CUSTOM 18” BLACK RIMS (only 2 years old) Nokian Hakkapeliitta studded snows with tons of tread-see photo (sorry, no Summer tires). About $1100! BMW All weather floor mats Apple Car Play (if you subscribe) BMW crossbars with keys (made by Thule). Will include Thule ski racks if you want them. May even have bike racks somewhere. 2 key fobs 79k miles (have owned since 38k and all highway miles since she commutes on I-70 daily). Miles will go up as I’m havin’ fun driving it. Carfax report included and will show ALL up to date maintenance, synthetic oil changes etc. Over $1200 at Eurotech in GOLDEN just spent (last just) on alternator drive belt, belts, brakes, etc. (have receipt). Just put on new wiper blades and headlight bulbs. Cons: windshield was perfect….right up until last week and we got a decent size crack. I will work with you on the price for that. A quarter size ding on passenger side (I tried to take a picture but it actually wouldn’t show up, but you can see it if the light is right…ha). Carfax shows a “minor” fix to rear, all repaired (and we actually didn’t know this when we bought it because it was in perfect condition) but we want to let you know what carfax will show.
