Details:

Used once, but a great mountain bike carrier for a sedan or car with any kind of rood rack. Fits aero bars and standard bars. $200 + tax brand new. My car has a hitch so went with a rear carrier. Fits both regular and oversized tires. Payed extra for the key and lock set.
