Read this ad and see if commercial art business is for you... Sell or "Rent to Own" very affordable beautiful artworks -- REAL hand-painted oil paintings on canvas to retail customers and business owners. If you are the right person, I will help you with everything you need (inventory and "know how") to start your own "turn-key" Art Selling and Art Renting Business. I will also consider being a partner. . . I have more than 3,000 beautiful new hand-painted oil paintings on canvas in stock in (North County San Diego) area, but you can run this type of business anywhere... I could teach you and to share with you how to sell, where to sell, how to stretch canvases, how to frame paintings (using our ready-made frames) and more. . . All this could be done just in a few days, and you will be ready to start your new business (or add another profit center to your exciting one). You may purchase our huge art inventory 3,000 oil paintings plus ready-made art frames at deep wholesale prices (average $20-$50 a piece), or to arrange for easy "pay as you go terms." These "easy terms," such as down payment and price are negotiable. They based on your potential to succeed, your good credit history, and your work ethics. I came to retirement age, and I'm not able to fully attend this very profitable and fulfilling business which was started in 1999. I'm not selling an ongoing operation or business opportunity. . . I'm simply offering for sale existing inventory, and my "know how" is absolutely free! Generally, customers have no idea how much oil painting should cost. Unlike irons or coffee pots, paintings do not have SKU's or fixed market prices. Therefore, there is really no "comparison shopping"... Very few people would actually visit art galleries to purchase paintings to decorate their homes and offices. . . Most people are intimidated by art galleries, and they simply can't afford to purchase even one artwork at the "off the wall" art gallery prices. This situation leaves the window of opportunity open and here is where you could come in! Average three-bedroom house with all bare walls may need about 20 paintings... House is not a home without art! Markup and your profit potential could be very serious! I want to be clear; our oil paintings not considered as "collectors art." These are simply beautiful decorating hand-painted artworks. They were painted by very talented professional artists, and most of our oil paintings were imported from overseas. Realistically speaking, our real paintings on canvas sell for as much, or for as little as framed printed on paper "art posters" available at your local shopping mall's art store (Retail prices between $200 - $500). Ask yourself, what would you rather have hanging on the walls of your house or office? Would you prefer to own real hand-painted oil painting on canvas, stretched and framed in the beautiful real art frame made out of wood, or you would prefer printed on a paper poster in a cheap plastic frame hanging on your wall? Yes, you would be able to offer for sale the real thing for the same price or less than shopping mall's posters (and you would still have very nice markup/profit on each and every painting you sell). You could offer these artworks to private individuals, to interior decorators, to hotels, business offices, medical offices, hospitals. . . You may offer these artworks and participate in non-profit fundraising activities such as; art auctions for non-profit organizations, churches, temples, schools and some other non-profit venues. After auction takes place, you will get your "cost of goods" your "markup," and everything over your costs and over your profit would go to the non-profit causes... You may also "Rent to Own" framed artworks to various offices. Rental/lease payments are tax-deductible for business... For a small monthly rental fee, business owners could create a wonderful environment for their employees and visitors. You could sign a contract for a year or so with the business owner and start collecting your rental payments every month. At the end of the "term," business owners would have an option to purchase what they were renting at small predetermined fixed price stated in your contract. They could also return paintings to you, or to exchange them for the new paintings from your stock... You may rotate such artworks in your "Rent to Own" program, and you could always make a very good profit on any of these transactions. You could also rent these oil paintings to the "staging companies." Such companies are helping real estate agents to decorate nice houses that offered for sale. Staging companies usually provide furniture, rugs, and plants to make the house look nicer to the potential buyer. You could become a part of staging business by offering and renting your paintings for a very good profit too. You don't have to have an expensive office to run this business. You could conduct your business from your home office or just use a simple storage. If you prefer, you can run your classy retail operation, commercial art sales and your art rental business from any storefront located in the shopping mall... Minimum equipment is needed to handle stretching and framing of oil paintings on canvas. I will supply needed simple tools, and I will share with you everything you need to know about this business. I could "stay" with you as long as needed to make sure that you are comfortable with being on your own. If you wish, after your business "gets going," I could continue to supply you with the artworks, art frames and to provide you with advice for as long as you need it... The largest dimensions of canvases/oil paintings that I have currently in stock are 36"x 48". These are unframed dimensions of the actual oil painting hand-painted on art canvas. After such canvas stretched over wooden bars and framed, the overall dimensions of the finished artwork will be larger based on the width of the art frame you are using. For example, if you would use an art frame with molding 5" wide, your artwork will have overall dimensions 46"x 58". Some contemporary paintings do not require framing. They could be stretched over thicker stretching bars, and in such case, parts of the image will end up on the edges. Such painting will become a couple of inches smaller on each side (it is called gallery stretching). All paintings in my stock separated by following dimensions: 8"x10", 16"x20", 20"x24", 24"x36" and 36"x48". These are the standard art/painting sizes used in the USA to decorate homes, hotels, and offices. You could always find ready-made art frames made for these dimensions (I have art frames in stock too). It is usually less expensive to use ready-made frames, but if you would need specific color and style for your art frame, any painting could be placed in the custom made art frame too. To get an idea of the paintings I have in stock, please view my "online" catalog. It is not a commercial website, it is just a catalog with the photos of actual paintings arranged by style, by categories, by the stock numbers, and by dimensions. All images of actual paintings could be easily transferred to CD or flash drive and presented to your future customers for selection. You are welcome to view all images online. If you like a painting, just click on the image and it will "zoom out." Each image/painting has a stock number. All paintings are also classified by categories such as; Abstract, Animals, People and so on. . . They are also classified by the quality (such as A, B, C - degree of difficulty involved in the painting of any particular artwork). To see all paintings and viewing instructions please visit my online catalog: artpaintings4less.com But first, you may want to see some samples of retail ready to go on the wall paintings that could be offered to the public for sale or rent: artgifts4less.com Please note: There are many websites selling paintings online. However, based on our experience, even though it could be profitable, I'm NOT suggesting to start an Internet-based business... The main reason is; it is almost impossible to ship framed artworks. Shipping is very expensive, custom packaging is extremely time-consuming and expensive too. Most of the items will be damaged during transit, and it is almost impossible to purchase economical and adequate insurance to cover damages of your shipped framed oil paintings. I could also consider barter if you have something of real value. You are welcome to contact me if you love art and want to start your own business. Thank you, Joseph show contact info
