Awning is power operated and has built in LED lights. Trailer has the cold weather package which is an insulated bottom with water pipes running in the heat vents to prevent freezing. A/C and heat work great. Comes with two batteries and two propane tanks. I am also including sewage hose, 50' of potable water hose, in-line water pressure reducer, in line filter, power surge protector, and two additional 25' plug in cords.
