I handle the Amazon.com customer returns of FlashForge 3D printers. Occasionally, I receive returned FlashForge printers that are new in box (never unpackaged by the Amazon buyer). These printers are the latest models currently sold on Amazon. I greatly discount these new printers because they will not come with warranty or support. For your protection, if you get it home and find that the printer is defective or damaged -- return it to me for a full refund, or swap it for another.
