I own a great sailboat and am offering shared use of her. I travel so much with my job and prefer the boat to get used. Slip fees keep going up and maintenance can be costly so it helps me to have boat partners from time to time. My boat is a 25' Lancer. The sails are in excellent condition and she glides through the water beautifully! My slip is located in a wonderful section of the harbor and half the time I don't even take my boat out. I just like to hang out and read or use my laptop, have lunch or dinner and enjoy harbor life!
