Moving Need gone! 94 Ford Ranger 2wd XLT Ext Cab 4.0 V6 This was my Project truck and plugged away at it for awhile, but have no time to finish. Starting off with an Engine pull and all gaskets were replaced. Engine cleaned. Brackets Sand Blasted and Parts Painted. Was a great running motor, just leaked out of every gasket. New Clutch, Flywheel and 5 speed Trans gone thru at K&M Transmission. Core support was rotted out along with the frame mounts, Replaced with new core support and mounts on the frame were repaired. All New Cab Mounts all around. New Drivers Fender and Front Bumper due to minor damage. Nothing serious. Tore down the rear of the truck, Fuel Tank removed, stock rear end removed and started on the C- Notch. Custom Made C-Notch and frame Braces. Custom Shock mounts. Rear End from 02 Explorer was installed for rear Disc conversion. Fuel Cell mounted and Fuel Lines are mocked up. A Better Plumbing job should be done, it was just temporary. Belltech Leaf Springs and New Frame mounts were installed. Pinion angle needs to fixed either with shims or cut the mounts off the axle tubes and rotate the housing to the correct angle. Up Front there is DJM Dream Beams with 2" Lowering Springs (Forgot the Company, Maybe Belltech). Truck didn't sit low enough up front so I removed the spring perch on the Passenger side and raised it 2-2.5 inches ( Can't remember exactly) and reinforced it with gussets on top. Recommended that holes be drilled and high grade bolts installed. I DID NOT do the drivers side. A Small notch was also done on the Passenger side for the tie rod clearance. A spindle set-up from 95-97 Ranger was done up front to switch from single piston calipers to Dual Piston. I have a New Master in box for this for an Explorer. Before anyone asks, Yes the bed comes with the truck. It's at the house. It Does Start and will run, but not well, Either due to old gas in the tank or the Mass Air Sensor went bad. Air intake will have to be redone, that was also a temp set-up. Interior wise I got Seats and Center Console from an Explorer and installed. Carpet was Trash. There is a hole in the floor under the Passenger seat that i didn't have time to patch up. I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot, but it's a solid project to start with for someone. I just don't have the time to finish and redo some stuff. Any Questions Please Call or Text Clean Indiana Title
