Warehouse Jobs: Front Counter / Warehouse Associate Phoenix AZ

We are a local wholesale flooring supply company looking to add a front counter / warehouse associate to our dynamic team. This is a fast pace environment with huge emphasis placed on customer service. This is a full time position with overtime and Saturdays available.

We are looking for a team player with the following characteristics:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new responsibilities
- Proficient on a computer
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting walk-in customers
- Ringing up sales on POS
- Restocking inventory
- Answering phones and emails
- Taking phone orders from customers
- Helping customers at the front counter
- Demonstrate positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers
- Meet productivity, quality and punctuality/attendance standards
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
