Replacing windows in our manufactured home. Older windows for a shop, garage, barn, out building, green house, or if you have a broken window that needs replaced, etc. * They are all double pane windows. =) * Their appx. 1990's - white aluminium - unsure of brand. * All of them have locks w/2 holes for locking them. - 1 to keep the window closed & locked in place. - The 2nd lock, to let some air flow into the house while still being somewhat secure. * All of them have screens with them. * Outside dimensions measured by Palmer Lumber. (Their slightly smaller than the demotions so they can fit inside the frame's/studs of buildings, usually their 1/2" smaller than each of the measurements. ;-) something I just found out with replacing windows. :P ) * Our New Milgard Windows cost 7,300, so even though their older, this is still a good deal. :P * My husband said the older windows are better & last longer anyhow. ;-) *** * TWO (2) - size: 72" W x 60" H ($50/each OBO) - 3rd one of them has a hole in the outside pane, no air or bugs get in because of the inside pane, it's also covered by the screen. & a star shaped chip in the outside pane on the other side, probably from lawn mower, but both were there before we moved in, so I'm not positive. - (I was asking $25 OBO but now FREE because it got a big crack in the outside pane from the hole. Either from setting on the ground, stepped on, weight of other windows being on top of it, or during removal. Not sure what happened with it.) Or if not claimed I'll take it to the dump in the spring with the free dump voucher. *** * May have a little paint on the edges, from the previous paint job being not the greatest (from the people before us) but should come off with a little paint thinner. ;-) * Some the rotten siding may have came off with it. * Still has the caulking on it. (Both siding & caulking, should come off with box knife.) * The flange/exterior boarder, that u nail into the wall may be slightly bent, but should straighten up with a hammer & a flat hard surface. & is usually covered by trim anyhow. ;-) Including some pictures showing the good, the bad & the ugly, and how they lock, etc. * Dirty - from before removal & from being laid in grass after removed - could use some TLC by their new owners. :P Please e-mail me if you have any questions &/or to let me know which ones you're interested in, so we can arrange for pick up. ;-) I have more windows listed... Check out my "more ads by this user" link. :) Thanks for looking, *Jen* P.S. check out my other items on craigslist. :) or OfferUp or Letgo as: *Jen*
