Looking for a Female Roommate for Condo in Santa Barbara! (Mesa) Phoenix AZ

My name is Jared and my friend Hayley and I are currently renting a 3 bedroom condo in the Mesa. We are looking for a female to fill in the 3rd bedroom by January 1st, but earlier would be better. Total rent is $2,950 per month, so including utilities, each person would be paying approximately $1,150 per month. You would share your bathroom with Hayley which is mostly why we are looking for a female. Amenities include: new gas stove top and oven, new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, modern clothes washer/dryer in unit, and driveway. Water and trash are paid for by the landlords, who live in the unit above us and are very excellent people - they are extremely friendly and have been very good at fixing and upgrading anything we have found necessary. The neighborhood is very laid back, friendly, and close to locations such as the Mesa beach, Shoreline Park, SBCC, and others! The bathroom you would share with Hayley and the room for rent are listed in the pictures of this post. About ourselves: My name is Jared and I started working as a full time engineer in Goleta early November. I am 25 years old and grew up in Iowa. I am very clean, active, healthy, and friendly. I love cooking, jogging, cycling, hiking, and longboarding. I play guitar, sing, and yodel, so preferably you should be okay with me practicing music in my room. I respect the privacy of others, so generally I practice at times that are appropriate for everyone. My friend's name is Hayley and she is a 24 year old graduate student living in the Santa Barbara area. She has an undergraduate degree in elementary education and is working on a masters in business. She is a yoga instructor and has worked as an elementary teacher. She is fun loving and super easy to approach. She loves surfing, being outside, eating healthy, yoga, exercising, and being active. She is very kind and would love to have a female roommate that wants to live in a healthy, positive environment. We are both from the midwest, hard working, and motivated professionals.
