After your contract is done, you can continue to host at whatever the market rate. You can also ship back your machines back to the U.S. - All S9s will do 13.5 TH/s. - Expected lead time is two weeks from the day after Christmas until your machines are up. - If you intend to place a large order, we're happy to facilitate a Skype video tour of the facility. - You can send machines you already own to Russia as well (MOQ of 10 at a time if sent directly). Shipping is $10 per machine and PSU out of New York. - Yes, you have full VPN access to machines. - Yes, facility owners are super well capitalized. Able to provide more details upon request. REASONS TO HOST WITH US: (1) HIGH ROI. - Fight the Bear! (Okay, don't fight a real bear, this isn't The Revenant) Get rates as low as ***$0.040-$0.045 per kWh***! paying less upfront than what you would upfront to host domestically, while saving the equivalent of $20 / S9 / month and being profitable while others are losing. It's that simple. - These are the lowest hosting rates globally, and believes us, we've checked. That means you outlast everyone else running the same machines! This means 3x-5x more profitability for the most common miners in today's market. And that you can make your money back within a year. (2) AVOID TARIFFS. Have miners sent tariff-free to select facilities abroad. (3) SAFETY. Did your last hosting facility have a mall cop guarding the front door? Our facility is located in an industrial park with security guards. They won't be in the food court getting Orange Julius, instead of protecting your rigs. (4) INSURANCE. Get piece of mind regarding the health of your machine, with insurance that covers natural risks, theft, robbery, and fire. (5) QUICK SET UP. Get your devices up and running quickly! Anywhere from 400-1500 devices can be up and running within 1-3 business days upon arrival at one of our hosting facilities. (6) HANDS-FREE MINING. We offer a fully-managed service. You sit back and relax. We monitor and fix any problem we can, short of irreparable failure. We charge our cost for any substantial hardware or software fixes out of the ordinary (e.g., fan replacements), and some of our staff is being trained by Bitmain to be able to do almost any repair on site. (7) BYOR Bring Your Own Rig - When you send your rig to Russia, we ensure that it's paired with a distinct serial number at the facility, so that you get the rig back that you sent us. We're not going to send you home with the potato salad, when you brought the prime rib. (8) VERSATILITY. We accept almost all kinds of miners. Low wattage? No problem. Wide GPU-based miner? No problem. In fact, our team has expertise in GPU-mining, having configured and shipped hundreds and hundreds of GPU miners over the last year, and being familiar with nearly every brand, model, and memory type combination. (9) NO QUANTITY MINIMUMS. No quantity minimum. We work with small customers by aggregating demand and batching shipment abroad. Slightly higher pricing may apply. (10) TRANSPARENCY. Virtual or in-person tours available upon request (Quantity minimums may apply for some facilities). (11) MAXIMAL UPTIME. Many of our facilities have almost never experienced major downtime. (12) SAFETY. Though insured for theft, fire, natural disaster, and robbery by a large insurance conglomerate, our Russian facility has never had a reason to file a claim. (13) EXPERTISE. Our leadership team's bona fides includes: -(1) a Stanford PhD candidate in computer science -(2) two Stanford MBAs, -(3) a Harvard JD candidate; -(4) successful entrepreneur with over a decade of experience with data centers, including dozens of centers on over 5 continents; -(5) state-of-the-art mining software development -(6) experience developing FPGAs and the ability to develop our own hardware.. We're happy to verify these credentials upon request. (14) HAPPY CUSTOMERS. We have 100% positive feedback on eBay, where we've sold hundreds upon hundreds of machines. (15) PAY HOW YOU PLEASE. Paypal, Crypto, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit -- just don't send Dogecoin. Don't let your machines rot! Mine profitably! Let's beat this bear market together! Call us. - We accept all mining devices! (We are currently hosting 15+ different kinds of ASICs and are highly experienced with all GPU makes, brands, and memory types) - Turnkey software allows easy remote control! A: Yes. We also accept crypto, Paypal, and ACH / bank transfers. We might accept gold bullion or coins recovered from sunken treasure chests (the non-cursed kind, please). However, we can't take trades for your sick rides (motorcycles, cars, etc.), old arcade machines, or vital organs. Also, no Dogecoin. Ain't nobody got time for that. Q: How quickly will my machines go up? A: As fast as humanly possible (~500 machines per business day); once received at one of our facilities, machines can go up as quickly as 1 business day. We're working on mutant powers to make that process faster, but until we reach Doctor Xavier-status, our current time frame will have to do. During demand spikes, we configure and install miners on a first-come, first-served basis, based on time of payment. But in our biggest facilities, this usually doesn't impact installation by more than a business day or two. Q: Can I remote in to my miners? A: Yes! Depending on which of our facilities you choose. Otherwise, you can have viewable access, but not control of the miner. You have the ability to view rig temperatures, hashrate, as well as other stats all the way down to the hashboard / GPU in real time. Q: What if I mine something less power-intensive than what I paid for? A: We bill GPU customers as though they are solo-mining Ethereum. If they switch to a different coin, we impute the new wattage and bill them for that. We also have a metering solution at one of our facilities. Q: Can I switch pools or coins? A: Yes. Whenever you want. We use HiveOS to do this. Requests for coin change take 1-2 business days where remote access is not available. Otherwise, you can do it on your own. Q: What miner software do you use on GPU rigs? A: We're crazy about mining rigs. It's kind of an obsession. We have cobbled together the best open-source software into one no-added-fee multiminer. 120+ coins, dozens of pools, and the very best miners (Claymore, XMR Stack, etc.) are included. You can also see a list by coin and algo here: https://bit49.io/software. When it comes to machines and software, we're always on the lookout for what our customers are into! We are an industry leader in adaptability. Think we're joking? Go ahead and look...we'll wait. Q: Can I do a month-to-month contract? A: Yes! Some of our customers have asked for long-term contracts (yeah, it's clingy, but we're flattered). The longer the term, the better rate we can get our customers. Others prefer shorter terms, and that's fine too. We're also open to variable rate agreements. Whatever it is that you're looking to achieve in the mining game, we want to partner with you to make it happen. We'll also dispose of or sell your equipment if and when you decide to leave the mining game. Check out our 100% positive seller feedback on eBay where we've sold hundreds of machines! https://www.ebay.com/usr/bit_49_llc Q: Can I cancel my contract if things are unprofitable? A: We are in the business of making you profitable. We'll work with you to make this a mutually profitable relationship as long as we can. Depending on the facility and the market, we may be able to. Q: Is the 4.5 cents / kWH or 5.5 cents / kWh an all-in cost or does it just cover electricity? A: Yes! It covers not only electricity but maintenance and monitoring. We achieve low fees because of our industrial electric rate and operational efficiency. Q: No really. What all is covered in your hosting service? A: *Takes deep breath* Electrical cost Configuration Maintenance Troubleshooting Unlimited Coin, Pool, and Wallet transitioning Anything short of a permanent hardware failure. Software updates Facility amenities related to the health of your machine (Security, fans, etc.) Insurance Phew. That was a lot. We provide all of that for a tiny per kwH fee. How do we do it? If we told you, we'd have to kill you. And then we wouldn't make any money...so yeah, don't ask. Rest assured, we make a profit. Q: Do you charge a wattage rate for machines that is higher than the manufacturer-stated output? How do you account for GPU-miner wattage? A: We hew closely to manufacturer-stated wattage. For the many customers who use custom firmware or hardware modifications that reduce or increase their miners' wattage draw, we benchmark wattage upon receipt. In some cases we round slightly to account for other electrical overhead for ventilation, but our invoice clearly shows our assumed wattage for each machine. We also have a metering option for higher volume (150+ machine) customers. More important, we try to price as best we can so that your overall price is a great deal. Q: What if something breaks? A:We set watchdogs to reset or tweak machine settings based on common error modes. In the unfortunate and rare event that a fan breaks, we won't leave you hanging: we'll let you know and charge no more than what it costs to buy replacement parts. Also, we inspect each machine upon arrival. If a machine has previously sustained significant damage, we notify you (noob overclockers, we're looking at you). If the machine reaches its end-of-life, the contract for that machine is terminated without penalty. We also have access to substantial repair options for serious damage. We've got you covered. Not to pat ourselves on the back, but we fancy ourselves quite possibly the most competent GPU troubleshooter in the industry. We've worked with thousand's of GPU's of nearly every brand, model, and memory type. We are familiar with all the failure modes and know what to do about them. We've yet to see a problem we can't fix, short of irreparable failure, which is extremely rare. To put more icing on the cake, our CTO is one of only four computer architecture specialists in Stanford's computer science PhD program and has extensive experience on both the hardware and software side of mining, dating back to...drum roll...2010. Q: Do you accept open-air GPU miners? A: Yes. We require them to be installed onto our very affordable and jaw-dropping closed-case platform for a one-time fee of $290. If you would like us to help offset this cost, we *may* be able to list the component parts of your open-air miner through our strong eBay presence. Q: I found a place that's much cheaper! A: We call your bluff. (1) Our rates are very competitive--we've looked. (2) Cheap rates often mean cheap service, or rate hikes down the road. You get what you pay for. (3) Counties like Grant County in Washington State, who used to provide cheap rates to miners, have since hiked them up to more than we charge you all in! And that in spite of their energy being renewable. We on the other hand have a conservative county and derive our large power base from an abandoned facility. Simply put, we don't have these risks. Q: Do I need to ship my power supply? A: Depending on the facility, No. We have an arrangement domestically to provide you with the power supply for an initial setup fee of $10. This saves you money on the cost it would take to ship the additional size and weight. As well, it allows you to sell off said power supply and treat yo'self to a little somethin'-somethin' (or invest it...if you're boring). Q: Can I buy equipment from Bit 49? A: Yes! Bit 49 is in the business of you. Instead of gouging you on price, we strive to offer affordable entry into the world of mining. We have partnerships with a variety of top manufacturers, and of course you can buy a GPU-miner from us too. And by going with Bit 49, you can save on shipping costs by having your miners sent straight to our hosting facility. Q: I'm understandably a skeptic. HOW DO I KNOW YOU WON'T STEAL OR SWAP MY MINER OUT? A: Part of the reason we saw opportunity in the space, was the rampant scaminess, and incompetence. Companies like HashFlair, Genesis, and GigaWatt have done tremendous damage to the reputation of the mining industry, and we want to restore it. We are well aware of the issues, and know that we can't do it without your trust. We keep track of each machine by serial number, label each machine, and know each location. As well, we create an individual farm for each customer, with the exact list of their machines, as soon as we receive them. We are happy to take pictures and/or video chat to ensure your trust in us. And if you ever decide not to make a ton of money with us, we ship back the same machine you sent us. We also do not currently mine with our own machines -- we are in the business of making your machines run as optimally as possible. Q: What kind of hardware do you accept? Any ASIC? Only rack-mountable hardware? A: We accept virtually all types of ASICs, GPU miners, or FPGAs. Just ask! Q: Can I come see the facility? A: Of course! We have also facilitated Skype and FaceTime conversations. Come see us today! No joke. We'll give you a tour with almost no lead time. Q: I'm very far away and afraid shipping costs will be very high. A: We can also use our FedEx business account if you'd like to see if that will improve your shipping costs. We also have deals with global carriers for affordable shipping rates to our overseas facility. Also, if you are a GPU miner, we may also be able to send some shipping materials at a low cost to facilitate shipping. Q: I love you so much that I'm going to ship you something before I even sign -- sound good? A: No! We want to make sure your stuff survives. Upon signing a deal, we will send you shipping instructions. Don't see a question that you need answered? Reach out to us at Bit49.io! We like friends. We totally have a lot, ourselves. It's not like you'd be our only one. Maybe. You can also reach us . We'd love to hear from you and get your questions answered!
