The house has custom built knotty alder cabinetry which includes a drawer stack, 3 kitchen cabinets & an entertainment center cabinet that houses a Heat N Glo direct vent gas fireplace. There is a recessed lighted arched opening just above the fireplace for added character. Above the arched opening is another opening that easily houses a 42inch flat screen tv. The gas fireplace has a band of stonework around it which really gives this house the "up north" cabin feel! The house has 7 white vinyl LOW E insulated Windows with mini blinds attached. This house has has 2 custom built bunk beds with knotty alder trim that matches the cabinetry. There are 2-12volt ceiling lights along with a 110volt ceiling fan with a light kit as well. This house also has 2 Humphrey Paulin hunter green gas lights for a truly unique rustic feel! There are 2-12volt exterior entry lights as well as an exterior outlet used for a generator hook-up. The house has a stainless steel sink with a pump style faucet & an Atwood gas stove/oven combo that will cook anything you can imagine!! The house has 2-110 volt outlets in the kitchen area as well as 4 outlets in the tv cabinet & 2 outlets under the bunk for the charging system. This house has 8 holes, all of which are quipped with the catch cover system. There are 4 high quality rattle reels mounted by 4 of the holes. There is a custom built bench seat over the wheel well that has a knotty alder wood top with a custom bar pour over it. Within the bar pour, there are many playing cards & money sunk into the bar pour. The kitchen countertop is also a knotty alder wood top with the custom bar pour & has many fishing lures sunk into it. This house is wired with 2 Kenwood speakers to a car stereo that is housed within the drawer stack cabinet. The speakers are trimmed with custom fish carvings which are very unique to this fish house! This house is wrapped under the white vinyl siding & has a maintenance free Hunter green pro rib metal roof as well as Hunter green metal soffit & facia. The door is an insulated Mobil home door that is double bored with a deadbolt lock.
