Authentic antique Monopoly sets (two complete games and one board - these are not reproductions). $150 or best offer takes it all. Willing to sell individually. Diamond Box: 1937-1939 - $75 obo Contents: This game is complete, and the box and items are in excellent condition, and they appear hardly used. - Property, Railroad and Utility cards are all complete and in excellent condition. - All Community Chest and Chance cards are complete and in excellent condition. - All player pieces are included and slightly worn, but undamaged. - Wooden Hotels (12) and Houses (32) are all complete and in excellent condition. - Bakelite die (2) in excellent condition. - Box is worn and aged, but intact and in excellent condition. - Cash is in excellent, hardly used condition: $500(10); $100(55); $50(16); $20(35); $10(52); $5(38); $1(35) Description: No. 6; Dual Patent and includes Salem, NY, and London In 1937, Parker Brothers added "A Parker Trading Game" title to the cover and removed the "New Edition" title. This predates the 1940 edition which replaces London with Chicago. 2. Popular Edition: 1936-1939 - $50 obo This likely an older edition (possibly 1936-37) because the Community Chest and Chance cards have no graphics/cartoons - they are text only. There are also some Community Chest and Chance Cards which no longer appear in newer editions. Contents: This game is complete except for some missing player pieces. - Property, Railroad and Utility cards are all complete and in lovingly worn condition. - All Community Chest and Chance cards are complete and in faded condition. - Player pieces are aged and include Thimble, Rocking Horse, Iron, Shoe and Cannon (missing one wheel). - Wooden Hotels (12) and Houses (28) are all complete and in faded condition with no damage. - Wooden die (2) are worn and faded but undamaged condition. - Box is worn and aged, with damage. It used the "NUMBER 8" titling printed on the box, and this version was used until 1940. 3. Popular Edition Board: 1940 - $25 obo The board is in excellent condition showing age and minor wear, but complete and intact. No. 8; Dual Patent and includes Salem, NY and Chicago This 1940 edition replaced London with Chicago but still lists the dual patents and uses the No.8 titling.
