I can no longer ride due to injury and need to find a good home for my sweet boy. 12 year old paint gelding, 14.3/15 hands, up to date on everything. Trailers, ties, stands for farrier, was the lead trail horse in Big Bear for 4 years before I got him and I've had him now for 2 years. This horse lives to get out for a ride! He's got good energy, is always alert, ears up and happy on a ride. He's sure footed, trustworthy and very comfortable. I ride him on trails and he's fine on his own but is happier with other horses on a ride. Is good with dogs, cows, goats, donkeys, etc.. He is a TRAIL HORSE, he is NOT a barrel horse, does not do sorting or penning or roping. Not registered. No bad habits that I've experience and he's an easy keeper. He's used to being turned out with many horses and is the 'alpha' in the paddock and the lead horse on the trail. He is a good horse for an intermediate or advanced rider. He is good with other animal. I had my knee replaced and I won't be able to care for him. He is about 7 years old. Very friendly. He needs his hooves cut. The goat is 1 1/2 years old Nubian mix. She needs her hooves cut also. She needs to be tamed.
