40 ft Steel Ketch Phoenix AZ

ANNATASIA is a South Sea ketch 40 ft long, built by current owner in 1974 in New Zealand. Now titled in NC, hard times & failing health force quick sale (hence the low price). The boat is overdue for her 10-year refit which she has religiously received her whole life as the owner/builder has sailed the world in her. She needs sandblasting and repainting, plus a long list of minor maintenance/repair tasks, but she is currently functional for living aboard and sailing. She just completed (October 2018) a 1200 mile passage from the Virgin Islands to NC for purposes of the refit - they know her well at Ted & Todd's yard in Beaufort. Engine is a Fordson 4-cylinder diesel from a tractor. It runs like a top, pushing the boat 5.5 knots at just 900 rpm.
