Responsibilities vary depending upon work assignments; however, all assignments require data entry; creating, tracking, and maintaining project records; and creating drawings, exhibits, and details in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Ideal candidates for these positions will have: Completed coursework which would lead to an Associate Degree in a civil engineering related field such as Engineering Technology, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Forestry, etc. Experience with civil engineering, surveying, and/or construction inspection, compliance, and/or contract administration The ability to accurately calculate mathematical quantities Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with the public, staff, and other agencies Experience accurately and effectively creating, maintaining, and reviewing construction records and reports Drafting software experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is highly desired Familiarity with plans and specifications for public works projects *Salary is negotiable and benefits described herein do not represent a contract and may be changed without notice.
