Two great dogs need two great homes Phoenix AZ

Hi, I am seeking two separate homes for my dogs and will be happy to explain in detail upon request. I have put this off for months and tried other avenues , but time is of the essence now. I have a 2.5 year old female Rottie who obeys tons of commands and has been professionally trained. She thinks she's a little pup and loves to run and play catch. She's super active. The other dog, a 7 year old Male Shepard mix (hound), is pretty chill and just as obedient. Both are friendly, tho, by nature, the Rottie takes more time to get to know someone before you see the full extent of her love. In short, they are both very strong dogs and getting to be more than I can handle. Tho I've had the Rottie since a pup, recently she and the Shepard have been competing for attention. I believe they would do fine in separate homes. I adopted the Shepard from the SPCA when he was 9 months and have spent a great deal of time training him. He's super loving and kind. They are used to long walks, being outside a lot and hanging with the family. If you are seriously interested please know I will ask for references and a home visit. You must have a large fenced in yard! I would like you to meet them and spend time with them before a decision is made. The Rottie will require a series of visits before she's comfortable with you. I'm sorry for the long post. But these are my babies and I want to ensure their next home is their final home. Their will be a rehoming fee (not a large fee disguised as a rehoming fee). You will get a crate, toys, blankets and all medical records for each dog. You'll also receive a detailed printout of their habits, behaviors, food schedule, likes and dislikes. I will be available to assist with the transition for up to six months or longer if that's what it takes and as long as distance isn't a huge factor.
